“This is an excellent house, plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves. The access to the dock was easy. We loved the kayaks. There is lots of kitchen gear and basics stocked like spices, and condiments. The beds were very comfortable.”

“Very nice location and beautiful home. We were hosting for our daughter’s wedding in Coeur D’ Alene. The master bedroom and roomy bathroom were wonderful. The bunk room adjacent to the living room was a bonus with having kids. Really enjoyed the surrounding decks facing river. It was also great to have use of the kayaks. (May want to have a few larger adult life jackets). The house had some normal wear and tear, such as loose door knobs, and the spa on deck was not as clean as it could have been, so it went unused. I purchased a standing ironing board for the rental and left it, as it was needed for wedding apparel. The kitchen was well appointed, but it could use a vent fan. Loved the games and puzzles available. The property was very clean, just needed a leaf blower to use on the decks. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay here again.
